Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving the product(s), provided they meet the eligibility criteria below. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Important: Products can only be exchanged for the same item. Exchanges for different products are not allowed.

Eligibility Criteria

Products are eligible for return or exchange only if:

  • The product is damaged, broken, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • You provide a clear photo of the damaged/wrong product and an unboxing video.
  • The return/exchange request is made within 10 days of receipt.
  • The product is unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The product is in its original packaging.

Once your return or exchange is approved, we will arrange a pickup of the product(s) from your address.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–21 business days.

Note for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Please provide your bank account details via email at contact@janijatra.com to process refunds.

If the returned product is found to be used or damaged beyond the original complaint, the refund will be denied, and the product will be shipped back to you at the original delivery address. Refusal to accept the reshipped product will result in no refund and no further liability from our side.

Late Refunds

If you do not receive your refund within 21 business days:

  • First, check with your bank or payment provider.
  • If you still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@janijatra.com.
