Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At JaniJatra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products as per the following conditions.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 10 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted in-store, at a drop-off location, or by mail.
  • Exchanges are accepted for the same product only (no cross-product exchange).
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if you provide:
    • A clear unboxing video, and
    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable).

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup of the product(s) from your address.

Return Label & Fees

  • Return label: Included in the package – Free
  • Restocking fees: No cost

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product(s):

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please share your bank details via email at contact@janijatra.com to process the refund.
  • If the returned product is found used, without an unboxing video, or not in original condition, the refund will be denied and the product will be shipped back to you.

Late Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider.
  2. If the issue continues, contact us at contact@janijatra.com.
